2-YEAR COVERAGE
The first year of your warranty covers all items related to the materials and workmanship of your home, from drywall to appliances. Any defects in the materials and workmanship supplied for distribution systems such as plumbing, electrical wiring, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) are also covered for the first 2 years.
5-YEAR COVERAGE
Your home’s building envelope is covered for defects for up to 5 years. The envelope defects covered include unintended water penetration that could, or does, cause material damage to the home.

10-YEAR COVERAGE
The structure of your home is covered for a duration of 10 years. This includes foundation systems, concrete or strip footings, load-bearing brickwork, structural timbers and steel in-wall, or roof framing.
